ANTI-BRIBERY POLICY

GLIDE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. (GTSB) is committed to carry out business activities in an ethical manner with honesty and transparent and in accordance with laws and regulations.

To achieve this, the GTSB committed to:

  1. Strictly prohibits our employee from directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting or accepting to such bribes from any party or person for himself or for any other person's behalf.
  2. Comply with all applicable anti-bribery law, rules and regulation.
  3. Establish, review, and monitor anti-bribery objectives to ensure their effectiveness in preventing bribery and fostering a culture of integrity.
  4. Meet all the requirements of MS ISO 37001: 2016 Anti Bribery Management System and continually improve its effectiveness.
  5. To promote a culture of transparency and accountability in the workplace to ensure level high integrity and governance.
  6. Establish Whistleblowing Policy to encourage employee to raise concern in good faith without fear of reprisal.
  7. Appoint the Anti-Corruption Compliance Function as a neutral body with the authority to comprehensively monitor the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) and report to the Governing Body and Top Management.
  8. mpose disciplinary and legal actions as appropriate for non-compliance with the anti bribery policy.

Health, Safety & Environment Policy

GLIDE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is involved in manufacture of lubricant products.

The Company is committed to the prevention of work-related injuries and ill health, as far as is practicable, providing a safe and healthy working environment for employees, contractors and the public.

To achieve this, GLIDE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. will:

  1. Provide and maintain healthy and safe work areas and equipment.
  2. Regularly review and assess work areas, equipment and methods to further improve health, safety and environment.
  3. Provide information, instruction, training and supervision in health, safety and environment issues
  4. Complied with all relevant statutory requirements for health, safety and environment.
  5. Continuously improve our Health, Safety & Environmental Management System.
  6. Identify and control environmental, health, and safety risks
  7. Demonstrate our commitment to environmental protection by preventing pollution, reducing waste, conserving energy and water
  8. Consult with employees and their representatives on HSE matters.

Quality Policy

Glide Technology Sdn. Bhd. is committed to:

  1. Providing high-quality petroleum-related products and services that meet customer specifications and requirements;
  2. Continuously enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction through ongoing improvements in all aspects of operations,
  3. Complying with all applicable requirements, including statutory and regulatory obligations;
  4. Continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) through regular review, monitoring, and updating of quality objectives, policies, and procedures.

OBJECTIVE QUALITY

  1. Valid customer complaint must be acknowledged within 24 hours and reply with the action plan within 14 working days.
  2. Delivery to the customer must be 100% on time.
  3. Yearly sale increment minimum of 50%.
  4. The amount of training to each employee must be not less than 24 hours in a year.
  5. Delivery from production to operation must be 100% on time.
